Happy Birthday Jiggs!

Winnie: It’s been a long time since we posted news…

Jiggs: Yea, mama had surgery on her foot in February, and then we were attacked by a loose dog at the end of March, so she has not felt like saying much.

Winnie: Everybody recovered. Jiggy got the worst of it, but he is A-Ok now.

Road trip!

Jiggs: They took us to Carmel last week! It was great!

Winnie: Here is the dog-friendly place where we stayed.

Jiggs: We love the beach!

Winnie: So peaceful…and so much to do and smell!

Jiggs: When they want to eat dinner we get bully sticks so we don’t beg for pizza bones.

Winnie: Jiggs has a bully stick hangover now.

Jiggs: It keeps moving! Winnie: Jiggy is both fascinated and scared of moving water.

Jiggs: Mama says “tired dogs, good dogs” – we slept all the way home. Winnie: That was fun.

Santa: Have you kids been good this year?

Winnie: Oh Yes Santa – we have been so good!

Santa: You know that Santa sees everything, right?

Winnie: Uh-huh.

Jiggs: Um, you better tell Santa about that time at the vet…

Winnie: HUSH Jiggs!

Jiggs: Ok Win-Win…

Winnie: Yea Jiggs, tell Santa about when you were naughty…

Jiggs: HUSH Winnie!

Santa: So what do you kids want for Christmas?

Winnie: Bully sticks! Cookies!

Jiggs: Flirt pole! Bully sticks!

Santa: And what else?

Winnie: That all the homeless doggies and kitties find Forever Homes.

Jiggs: Yea, I want that too… more than anything else. And no more cruelty to helpless creatures…ever.

Jiggs: They went to Disney World and we ended up with these stupid costumes…

Winnie: I wanted to be a butterfly – but noooo, they said I had to match Jiggy…

Jiggs: I didn’t mind so much, but Winnie was crabby all night…

Winnie: Anyway, we had fun and the kids loved us at the pumpkin patch!

Winnie: Today is my Birthday! I am 7 years young! Today I am a Princess!

Jiggs: Um, you act like a Princess *every* day…

Jiggs: Uh-oh – I don’t see a cupcake for me…

Winnie: Of course there is one for you too!

Pismo Beach 2015

Winnie: They put our seat harnesses on and put us in the car. I thought we were going to the park.

Winnie: Three hours later Jiggs is still driving everyone nuts.

Jiggs: This is where they took us. It’s dog-friendly! Yay!

Winnie: Here is our patio.

Jiggs: There were wild bunnies everywhere!

Winnie: Here is the view from the patio.

Jiggs: The beach is great! I love the beach!

Jiggs: We had a great time. Hope we do this again soon!

Jiggs: Today is my birthday! I am 5 years old!

Mom: Of course Winnie can have a cupcake too…

Winnie: Mom, you always make us wait. I am going to gobble up my cupcake as soon as you say Release!

Jiggs: Not me. I am going to enjoy every lick…
